Purchasing your workout sessions will allow you to view all of your personalized workouts in your Training Dashboard. Each workout is custom designed after your first consultation.
You are able to purchase your plans using the Workout Plans link above.

This tends to be the hardest part. Once you schedule your workouts you will be able to keep an eye on your workouts as well as view all of your progress.
All workouts come with complete instructions and videos to insure proper form and technique.

Once you have completed the setup process that includes downloading the app onto your device, you will recieve a consultation form to specify your individual fitness goals.
Once we go over all of your options and decide the best plans for your goals you will be able to purchase your monthly workouts.
Your workouts will then be designed for your specific goals in mind. These goals will appear in your dashboard and in your calendar. Once they are on your calendar, it is up to you to start your workout plan!
